The Conduct of Research Committee is recommending one of the papers submitted for the TRB 2010 Annual Meeting for publication in the Transportation Research Record. The paper by Mike Shackleton at ARRB Group Ltd., Australia and William Young at Monash University, Australia is titled "Toward Performance Measures for Road Infrastructure Research Programs: Australian Experience." The paper describes progress being made towards creating an understanding of the benefits of public good road infrastructure related research in Australia. Congratulations to the paper authors and thank you to the Committee members and friends who volunteered as paper reviewers.
